HUGELY HELPFUL INFORMATION AND ADVICE

I found Mr Toba Adedeji at Get Agent to be tremendously helpful and he really went above and beyond to provide me with all the relevant information on Estate Agents. He was exceptionally professional and his customer service was remarkable. He is a credit to his company.However what I would say is that I did express that I did not possess the authority as I was not the Executor to organise the sale or contact with the Estate Agents myself. Within the hour I was telephoned and emailed by multiple Estate Agents to arrange a valuation which I didn't request. I felt my privacy had been breached as well because of this.

Good to get help

The person from GETAGENT just made me believe that other, smaller/local agencies may be better and see our house in a different/better light. We chose the agency recommended from GETAgent and they put our house for sale with better asking price. After a week we now have 3 higher then asking price offers. I would like to say that we have four pepole from different agencies in our house before we decided but one recommended personally from GetAgent was the best. Thank you for your tips and interesting links regarding selling the property.

Comparing Reading Agents to sell a flat in Kennet Is.

Robyn called within mins of us using the GetAgent website and stated that her and GetAgent's service was free to us. Her advice was useful and so was the comparison on the website. She followed up with an advice e-mail with lots of links and was polite, friendly, respectful and professional throughout. As we are looking to sell I'm thinking 'what's not to like' at the mo. I'm naturally sceptical of cold calls so I'm waiting for the down side.

Came across this company after googling for advice on choosing an estate agent to market my property. Immediately got the information I required which enabled my to make an h formed choice on who to market my property with.I got a call back from Caitlyn Espenilla who was very well mannered and gave me some very useful tips on questions to ask when speaking to an agent.
