Looking for a recommendations for estate agents I clicked into your advert online. It was very easy and quick and provided me with informative reviews of local agents based on clear criteria. Following this your employee Daisy called and was very pleasant and helpful but due to my hearing problems and the fact I was called when I was in a dentist's waiting room (not her fault!) it was difficult to hear what she was saying. She was very efficient and followed up with helpful advice on email. However it may be just me but I was expecting to receive reviews on line and just make a choice who to contact. The efficiency and speed took me by suprise. I needed time to consider before taking advantage of the information. Having said that I can't fault the service and would recommend you in the future if I hear of anyone thinking of moving.

I used the GetAgent site to choose 3 likely looking agents all of whom have a good local presence. The email I received from Chantelle included a link to obtaining an EPC too; I'd forgotten about that! All in all professional, useful and proactive without being intrusive.

Didn’t know where to start and this made it easy. They also rang and said they’d sent requests to a few others in the area and it just made my life easier. All in one place then the companies reach out to you. One thing to note though is that if you decide to list with an estate agents through this the estate agent owes the company a fee which is understandable. The estate agents use the service so they would know that. I just felt bad but it is what it is.

Thought it was just a comparison site. Didn't realise GetAgent would try to arrange bookings.GetAgent charge the estate agent a % of the selling price which may then be passed back to the customer (depending upon the estate agent used). This means that the GetAgent service is not necessarily free.

I did not realise I would be charged for this service. The add is very misleading when it says 100% free. You have to pay a premium to the estate agent and then can't negotiate a reduced fee when your property sells for less.
