I did not realise I would be charged for this service. The add is very misleading when it says 100% free. You have to pay a premium to the estate agent and then can't negotiate a reduced fee when your property sells for less.

The site was easy to use and I selected 2 Agents to give me valuations. They both called quickly and made arrangements to come.O'Neil Rwehumbiza from GetAgent called to check if the agents had called me. He recommended I get three valuations and suggested a local agent that was selling many properties in the area. He passed my details onto them and they called me very quickly. Very impressed with the service.

A very quick response by Robyn who is very knowledgable with excellent advice for agents in my area. It is based on independent information and is very clear to understand.Based on our conversation and area information Robyn set up contact with 3 agents for a free valuation within 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Robyn also sent me some questions to ask when we had the valuation.

I was very impressed with the service Get Agent provided as initially I was a bit skeptical.The agent who contacted me; Liam, was very helpful and advised me about the most suitable Estate agent in my area and why there were so. He was very understanding of my situation and I appreciated that very much. His follow up email was also very good and professional, providing me with selling tips and also questions to ask prospective agents in order to make an informed decision on who to choose.I would definitely go through GetAgent again should the need arise.

Updated! Following the review I did below which I have revised I was contacted by GetAgent. They then liaised with the Estate Agent.So be clear on your quotes with any agent that contacts you so you once you put your details in, don't get caught like we did with increased fees.The service is free to vendors - BUT - you are likely to be stung by increased fees to cover the referral fee any managing agent selling has to pay them - if they are on their list.Will say the representative that contacted me was very polite.BE AWAREThey will only do referrals to estate agents that they get an extra wedge of cash from for referring you to them. In our case the estate agent wanted an extra 2k as that was what they had to give to pay GetAgent for sending us to them.Look up your own agents and book directly with them.

I came a cross Get Agent via google search.Instantly I was provided with a number of estate agents in my area and data related to how they perform.The next day I received a call from Robyn who gave me a lot very helpful information. Since the call I have 5 estate agents visiting our property in the next 2 weeks to value and explain how they will aid us in selling our home. Fingers cross we will get what we are asking for.

Excellent and Fast Follow up Service.Out of all the websites available online - GetAgent was by far the best when it came to finding a top estate agent. They gave me great advice about selling my property and I had a series of agents calling me to fight for my property once I appeared on the GetAgent website. I can only suggest that if you are looking to sell your property, consult with these guys first.

I noticed GetAgent when I did a search for on-line estate agents and thought a comparison site would be useful.As soon as I had completed the form I received a phone call from Daisy who was very pleasant and very helpful explaining how they could help and suggested the best way forward to get selling prices from both on-line and local estate agents. She even helped me to make contact with two of them. I think GetAgent is a useful starting point for anybody thinking of selling their property
