It's always been a pleasure to deal with Simon Ware and his office. Recently he was able to arrange viewings and find within a couple of days of entering the market a purchaser for a property we were selling. 100% of the asking price being obtained. The office then made sure the transaction moved ahead and was completed promptly. Fees are competitive and reasonable and I am pleased to recommend his firm.

Had a bad experience with this company. We applied for a property with them after a viewing, our application wasn't chosen which isn't an issue, but they didn't even ring us to let us know. It took us chasing up 3 times. Following that we had a viewing booked for another property, they said they had to cancel due to staff illness which again, isn't a problem, but when we asked when it would be rearranged for they said it wouldn't. Even though we were one of the first to enquire. Communication doesn't seem to be a strong suit which isn't an especially appealing trait from a lettings agent. *edit* Simon contacted me regarding this review, and was very helpful trying to work out what had happened, although, the review still stands. He also let me know if I didn't look at taking the review down or editing, he would have to take things further - not entirely sure what this is supposed to mean.

I would Just like to say what a fantastic Estate Agent ware and co are in Tauntan I bought a house from ware and co they were so helpful and couldnt do enough to help to try to resolve any problems that came up. They were better at dealing with matters than the agent selling my house. I would recommend ware and co and would use them if I ever moved agine but not planning on that for a long while. But yes a great Agent.

I rented my flat out with Ware&co after using a larger national company for many years. I changed as I was fed up of being forgotten as I only had 1 small flat. Wares have been brilliant they treat all customers equally with respect and they are in contact to ensure everyone is happy through the whole process. Any issues were addressed immediately and dealt with promptly. Being local they know their customer base and try to make sure everything runs smoothly. They are friendly and efficient. No value can be placed on an excellent estate agent. Moving house is a huge upheaval and we have never experienced exceptional service as with Simon Ware and his team. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was achievable and his resilience and patience dealing with an elderly client was award winning. This sale and purchase has taken over 12 months through no fault of the superb team from Ware & Co. Simon has driven legal documents rather than waiting for post, chased managing agents, gained quotes and so much more. We recommend everyone in Taunton and the surrounding area consider carefully which agent to use. However, Simon leads by example and was always available and always at the end of the phone.
