I rented my flat out with Ware&co after using a larger national company for many years. I changed as I was fed up of being forgotten as I only had 1 small flat. Wares have been brilliant they treat all customers equally with respect and they are in contact to ensure everyone is happy through the whole process. Any issues were addressed immediately and dealt with promptly. Being local they know their customer base and try to make sure everything runs smoothly. They are friendly and efficient. They called to inform me the previous tenants took the washing machine out, and they've just emailed to say they're installing a new one before I move in! A business run by compassion. I never leave reviews but I am blown away by how amazing Ware & Co have been! No value can be placed on an excellent estate agent. Moving house is a huge upheaval and we have never experienced exceptional service as with Simon Ware and his team. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was achievable and his resilience and patience dealing with an elderly client was award winning. This sale and purchase has taken over 12 months through no fault of the superb team from Ware & Co. Simon has driven legal documents rather than waiting for post, chased managing agents, gained quotes and so much more. We recommend everyone in Taunton and the surrounding area consider carefully which agent to use. However, Simon leads by example and was always available and always at the end of the phone. I used Ware&co to rent my small flat. They are friendly and efficient unlike some bigger agents I have used in the past. They are also local so know their customer base well. Even though I am the other side of the country it has not been a problem and any issues are bought to my attention straight away with help to resolve if required. I was recommended to Ware & Co by my Solicitor since I am not resident in the area. It was a particularly difficult time since I had become the unwitting recipient of this house on the unexpected death of my son. I found Martin, Ola & Simon extremely helpful and sympathetic in selling a difficult property and insulating me from the emotional distress surrounding the situation. They really couldn't have done more.

In my personal experience this agent is totally useless. The proprietors' responses to my review (see below) are lies. I would not entrust them with the valuation of my dog's kennel. How could a simple request to give an honest, competent, valuation have anything possible to do with money laundering? If it did, they are legally obliged to report it to the Authorities. These people are, seemingly, rogues. Use them at your own risk.

I would like to recommend Simon and his team. Professional in their approach and more importantly they helped my purchase progress by doing just that bit extra to sort last minute hurdles. In the future if selling I would definitely use Ware & Co, currently, I have no intention of moving as very happy with my purchase.
