Really not sure why there are negative comments on here, but based on our dealings with Simon and Ware & Co over the years I can only say, if you seek honesty and integrity coupled with good old fashioned customer care, standards, values and experience, then this where you need to be. It has been a pleasure in entrusting Simon with our two property sales over the last few months and Lucy with our two tenant rentals, because we know that a truly professional service will be delivered by all reflecting the knowledge of the market place, experience within the industry and a desire to complete the task. Our gratitude is sincere. Thank you to Simon and all in his team, we wouldn't be looking forward to moving into our new home without them.

Ware and co are so professional especially Martin. We have had some issues with the purchaser of our house pulling out at the last minute and may lose the home we wanted through Ware and Co. The service and response to issues/emails is super quick, friendly and you never feel like you are being ‘rushed’ like some agents make you feel. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon & the team at Ware & Co. following the recent sale of my property. I don’t really like any estate agents but Ware and Co seem to be the best of the bunch in Taunton. Good communication with Simon our agent, who has lots of experience and helped us get an offer from a buyer within a few days. It's always been a pleasure to deal with Simon Ware and his office. Recently he was able to arrange viewings and find within a couple of days of entering the market a purchaser for a property we were selling. 100% of the asking price being obtained. Had a bad experience with this company. We applied for a property with them after a viewing, our application wasn't chosen which isn't an issue, but they didn't even ring us to let us know. It took us chasing up 3 times. Following that we had a viewing booked for another property, they said they had to cancel due to staff illness which again, isn't a problem, but when we asked when it would be rearranged for they said it wouldn't. Even though we were one of the first to enquire. Communication doesn't seem to be a strong suit which isn't an especially appealing trait from a lettings agent. *edit* Simon contacted me regarding this review, and was very helpful trying to work out what had happened, although, the review still stands. He also let me know if I didn't look at taking the review down or editing, he would have to take things further - not entirely sure what this is supposed to mean.

I would Just like to say what a fantastic Estate Agent ware and co are in Tauntan I bought a house from ware and co they were so helpful and couldnt do enough to help to try to resolve any problems that came up. They were better at dealing with matters than the agent selling my house. I would recommend ware and co and would use them if I ever moved agine but not planning on that for a long while. But yes a great Agent.
