We felt Simon gave the most thorough and reasoned valuation of the four Estate Agents that valued the property and his selling fee was the most competitive. The Sales Particulars produced by Simon with the video and drone footage were of the highest quality. I recently purchased a flat listed with Simon Ware. Dealing with Simon was a very pleasurable experience. He was very patient & generous with his time when arranging viewings & diligent with his follow up of all of my questions. I was not familiar with leasehold properties so there was a steep learning curve with all the idiosyncrasies involved in the process. Nothing was too much trouble. I dealt with Ola in the office.
