This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience. They over promise and under deliver. If you are a landlord think twice. You will be advised to get a gardener and cleaner for your tenant if you want to protect your asset. You are now running a hotel but not getting paid for the service !!! Never mind the tenant has an obligation to maintain the property to at least a minimum standard. It is clearly easier to attempt to manipulate the landlord rather than actually doing their job of managing both tenant and property. When maintenance does need doing by a landlord they do not arrange access with the tenant. They do not respond to emails or phone calls for days with excuses like “if I am busy I cannot respond immediately” They responded within minutes when I was seeking a management company. Clearly not busy at those times.
