We had an excellent experience with Louise, Leah and Toby from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. Moving with 8 month old twins in a heatwave was never going to be an easy task but they made it as stress-free as possible! She does what she promises and communicates exceptionally well. While my sale dragged on, louise was instrumental in keeping things moving and ensuring all parties were on the same page.
