GoogleWe bought and sold properties through Robert Cooney and they were outstanding for both. They arranged a good amount of viewings despite our property having previously been on the market with a different agent, and secured a sale within a very reasonable amount of time. We had no hesitation to purchase through Robert Cooney also and did several viewings with the team who were highly reliable, honest and friendly. Our sale was complicated by having an overseas buyer during a period of Brexit uncertainty - without the excellent progression services provided by Robert Cooney it is highly unlikely that the transactions would have proceeded. Highly recommended.
Thank you very much for the 5* review. We are all delighted to have helped you both with your sale & purchase - and hope you will be very happy in your new home.

GoogleThe team working at Robert Cooney helped maneuver the sale of the house through, what I would consider, a difficult purchase with a demanding and awkward purchaser. The sale went through, after a lot of 'toing and froing', and was a great relief when exchange and completion happened on the same day!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for our 5 stars. Every sale is different and we are so pleased to have successfully achieved the desired outcome.

GoogleRobert & his team were very effective in marketing my property. The house was rather unusually built, but that did not phase them at all. Gail particularly was diligent in progressing the chain. I had a rough ride with some of the buyers but Gail smoothed the path very efficiently.
