My house sold very quickly and then I was introduced to Dominic who was able to guide me through the sale. I made absolutely the right choice with Robert Cooney and his fantastic team when I had to sell my mum's bungalow. The valuation and marketing strategy was spot on and there was no shortage of viewers and offers. Unfortunately, the transaction wasn't straightforward and the first sale fell through at the eleventh hour (no fault of RC), but the team always had my back and my best interests at heart. The selling team are amazing and so is Sarah and the sales progression team. It made a big difference to have this dedicated service once a sale had been agreed. Super friendly, polite, professional - I could run out of superlatives to describe them. Suffice to say, when we decide to put our own house up for sale Robert Cooney will be my first (and only) point of call. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks to you all and miss the laughs Gail. x

Avoid this agent if you are a buyer, because unfortunately they don't seem intelligent enough to know that if the buyer pulls out, they won't have a done deal or, of course, the commission. I've bought properties in different places, and this one with Robert Cooney has been the worst. They keep pushing for the seller to complete transaction without showing respect for the buyer or the fact that the process isn't the most straightforward. In fact, it's the seller's solicitor who wasn't cooperative. Good job the deal is off, because the market is going further down.

We have purchased three properties marketed by Robert Cooney Taunton and have to say that they have the balance absolutely right - they get things done without being pushy, they keep you fully informed at all stages and they don't hesitate to smooth wrinkles and sort out small issues before they grow. Having a sales progression team helps, but the sales team also keep a close eye on deals to make sure all goes smoothly, an attitude I have found sadly lacking in several other estate agents in the past, both big names and small. The Taunton team are outstanding.

Everyone at Robert Cooney's have been brilliant helping out with a joint purchase we made which is a first for me. When viewing the house, they were honest and knowledgeable about the house to the best they could do and when they didn't know answers, they worked it out in front of me. During the process of the purchase, they have been really efficient with no hanging around. They were fast at responses, proactive and great at chasing up on people. Customer service and manner on the phone was very professional too and they were helpful when I couldn't reach someone. On particular staff member was really morally supportive on the day I tried but failed to get a mortgage and lost the place to another buyer. Then the house returned and we tried again with a different plan and got through and they shared the joy with us until the end. It was such a stressful thing to do, but the team were always there to help. Thank you.
