GoogleI have dealt with both the sales and letting Teams at Robert Cooney both are excellent. My current letting has been made simple with both Tilly and Phoebe who have both always worked hard to ensure that living out of Taunton is not a problem for me. Definitely recommended.

She passed my query on and later that day I received a very nice voice message from Karen with the information. They stood to gain nothing from me, I wasn't buying or selling. GoogleI made absolutely the right choice with Robert Cooney and his fantastic team when I had to sell my mum's bungalow. The valuation and marketing strategy was spot on and there was no shortage of viewers and offers. Unfortunately, the transaction wasn't straightforward and the first sale fell through at the eleventh hour (no fault of RC), but the team always had my back and my best interests at heart. The selling team are amazing and so is Sarah and the sales progression team. It made a big difference to have this dedicated service once a sale had been agreed. Super friendly, polite, professional - I could run out of superlatives to describe them. Suffice to say, when we decide to put our own house up for sale Robert Cooney will be my first (and only) point of call. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks to you all and miss the laughs Gail. x

GoogleAvoid this agent if you are a buyer, because unfortunately they don't seem intelligent enough to know that if the buyer pulls out, they won't have a done deal or, of course, the commission. I've bought properties in different places, and this one with Robert Cooney has been the worst. They keep pushing for the seller to complete transaction without showing respect for the buyer or the fact that the process isn't the most straightforward. In fact, it's the seller's solicitor who wasn't cooperative. Good job the deal is off, because the market is going further down.
As with every transaction, we act for and in the interests of our clients. Once a sale is agreed, our job is to progress the transaction and guide both parties to the desired outcome. It can be the case that a client is not prepared to accept an 11th hour renegotiation and the buyer then withdraws from their purchase. Thank you taking the time to leave a review.
