Very disappointed with connels at St budeaux office.My offer was accepted by the seller than was told the buyer has gone with a higher offer and first time buyer. Which I accept but what I do not accept is being ignored by the office which I sent several emails to and I copied in the manager which I appreciate he was on holiday.. explained my mobile would not let me ring them. So hence sending emailsI was going to put a higher bid in on the property but my emails was ignored.All you had to do was answer my email and say the seller is not accepting any higher bids on the property.Also was told I was not a cash buyer but I could be wrong. I thought if I sold my house and the sale from the house goes into my bank and I pay for the house out of the money. This classes you as a cash buyer. Very disappointed customer. Hence why you receive a bad review. Not even worth 1. Manager not even messaged either

We had very good service from the start. Sarah went above and beyond to keep everything on track and liase with solicitors on both sides. I loved the property on their site

I loved the property on their site, I asked for viewings on 31 ist of January, I was asked to view the property on a Saturday 05 of February, the key lock wasn't working I was asked to go back and view on 12th of February, after viewing we were told that we would get a phone call with landlords approval or not, then I got a phone call from the Connels, asking me how much I was gonna give to them i told the the price, and if it was long therm wich I agreed.No phone call from the Landlords approval or denial, I called the Connels twice on 12th and 13th of February,her colleagues told me: the first time the lady how show us flat was busy, the second time she was out, on 14th of February I checked the site and the Status was "let agreed "; later i was told that the flat was given to someone else. No common sense from the Connels to tell us the good or bad news before their changed the flat status on Google and let's find out this way.No common sense from the ConnelsI was wondering let agreed by whom?

I went to Robert Cooney after a different estate Agent based in Taunton and in over 6 weeks they didn't even get me a viewing. So I looked around and rang a few alternatives. I was immediately taken by the enthusiasm from my man Ben at Robert Cooney who was dead keen to do business. So I gave them the go ahead and within I think it was 2 days they had an offer which after a bit of haggling was agreed. I appointed the solicitors who handled the purchase for me 8 years ago. They were instructed on the 3rd July but thats when everything ground to halt. Repetitive phone calls did nothing and I'm sure an Exocet up there rear end would have done nothing. Desperation crept in until Sarah from Robert Cooney got on the case. Absolutely bloody wonderful!!! Regular phone call reports and within 2 weeks of Sarah's involvement the deal is done, completed. So thank you Robert Cooney for your help. Would recommend them any time ....Bloody Brilliant!!!!!!! Adrian Hopper

I went to get a mortgage in principle. After discussing and giving all my intimation, I didn’t hear anything from the company. I kept sending emails, and phone calls to the office multiple times. Every time I was told that someone would get back to me but nobody never got back. Incredible how such a company can even exist with such employees.

Worst estate agent in Kings heath Birmingham Area.Letting Branch Manager Parminder Mahay is very rude, never reply to emails and pick up the calls, always shouting on phone, Very poor customer service and they don't care about you. Don't be fooled by the brand name. Avoid doing business with them if you want peace of mind. People, be aware of this estate agent. Never use this estate agent.

Amazing service

I dealt with Tracey and Raife in teh Ashford Park Farm branch, for the property I just purchased. Tracey was exceptional, updating me every step of the way oh the progress; what was needed my side for my solicitors etc. Which was extremely helpful given that I am a first time buyer. And Raife was very extremely helpful in helping me negotiate with the sellers and both of them were reassuring during the whole process.

We've just experienced both sides of the house moving process with Robert Cooney, selling our old house through them and buying one also marketed by them. I've given a four star rating because, despite Rohini and Ben providing an excellent five star service leading up to offers being accepted, we were then handed off to Sarah, who we didn't feel was as on the ball. I won't go into details, suffice to say that phone calls and emails were not always answered, and things that needed chasing were not always chased. That said, from offer acceptance to moving took 12 weeks, so we can't complain too much.
