Despite the challenging times caused by Covid 19, they worked really hard at every stage of the process, from valuing the property, to engaging the photographer, to negotiating the sale price. We wanted to work with an estate agent that had real and trusted knowledge of the local housing market, and we got just that. As we dealt with them it felt like we were working with a close knit team who were always looking out for our best interests. This was definitely a 5 star experience. James Gray and Claire Triggs in the office are, both of them, efficient, thoughtful and careful. We had a potential sale within a week - great photos - and it all looked splendidly straightforward. But the buyers pulled out shortly before exchange which left us a bit shell-shocked. The team swung into action, came out to see us, dusted us down, had the house on the market immediately and another sale within the week. This time it was fine! Excellent communication. Really good people to deal with. Unconditionally recommend.
