GoogleJames and his team have been excellent throughout the sale of my Mums house. They have gone over and above expectation throughout the process, which was further complicated by my Mums death and fact that I live outside the UK. Nothing has been too much trouble for James and his team. Their pricing is extremely competitive in today's market for the work they have done, and they were able to find a buyer very quickly. I would recommend James and his team to everyone who is looking for a service which is second to none, with a team who care about the sellers of a home, rather than just the sale of a house.

GoogleJames and his team were brilliant - sold my Mum's house quickly with very little delay. Always helpful and on the ball, using WhatsApp to instantly message which I found particularly helpful. Their fees were cheaper than other estate agents as well, I believe because they have fewer overheads, but the service they provided was still excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them 😊

Still being tenanted, it wasn't the easiest sale but they found an excellent buyer and where the team at James Gray really came into their own is in managing what was an extremely protracted and tortuous process through from finding the buyer to completion. It took many months before vacant possession could be delivered but they succeeded in keeping the purchasers on board and committed to the transaction. I will be forever grateful to James, Claire and Daniel for their professionalism and their help all the way along. Thank you.

GoogleDaniel, Claire and James were absolutely excellent and the service they provide is second to none. They were very polite and quick at getting back to us regarding any questions we had. The whole process was very smooth and our original sale fell through and they got it back on the market that same week and sold for a higher price which was excellent. I cannot recommend these agents highly enough, I will definitely be using them again with any future sells. By having them all deal with the sells even when one was on annual leave the other knew the position of the sale and could assist us with any questions we had which we found brilliant. Selling a house is extremely stressful but the 3 of them made the experience so much less stressful for me and my family. Thank you all at James Gray.
