Highly recommend. We bought a property through James Gray. The whole team of James, Clare and Daniel were all incredibly helpful and also managed to get a sale through very efficiently. Other than selling delightful properties (we looked at a good number that they were selling) the most impressive thing is their commitment to good communication. Working with solicitors day in day out must be a stressful experience but you know exactly where you stand every step of the way. They are positive and helpful but also realistic which helps with what is always a challenging time in life. Whilst I really hope to never move again, if I had to, I would use James and the Team. Thank you so much!

The initial information gathering and putting the house on the market was seamless and any viewings organised to suit us with plenty of time. Very efficient selling in a difficult market. A relatively small and very personal agency, James Gray did everything they undertook to do without undue pressure or unnecessary urgency. Both pre and post sales service was excellent, they always went the extra mile.     James, Daniel and Claire were there with us through a very complicated and long sale.   At every stage they were optimistic, reassuring and realistic.  They were always available to answer any queries we had, they gave fast feedback on all viewings and were calm, efficient and effective throughout the sale.    They gave us good advice based on their many years of knowledge as estate agents and how the local market operates. We were in a complicated chain, Claire spent literally hours finding out what was happening and doing everything she could to speed up the sales process.     The service James, Daniel and Claire gave us was incredibly good value for money. Without any hesitation we would recommend James Gray estate agents and we will definitely use them again.

Over a period of nearly a year the team at James Gray have supported me through 2 very long and protracted transactions. From the moment I met James, I trusted him. He was genuinely friendly with a great sense of humour and gave realistic appraisals. He gave sensible advice throughout. Claire was a fantastic negotiator - friendly, fun while remaining professional, always cheerful, providing me with regular updates and liaising often with my solicitor. Both James and Claire seemed genuinely delighted for me when the sales concluded. I think that we all heaved a joint sigh of relief!
