Jackson-stops pulled out all the stops to find us our forever home

Chris and the team at Jackson-Stops found us our forever home in Dorking. The location, grounds and buildings were exactly what we had been searching for. The property was not on the open market, so we would not have found it without their introduction.The chain was long, the exchange was complicated and stressful, due to a building regulation issue at our end. Chris was calm, communicative and positive. We got there in the end and feel that as well as moving into our dream home we have made good friends.Thank you Chris and all the team at Jackson-Stops.

Jackson-Stops Reigate - a pleasure to deal with.

The team at Jackson-Stops Reigate were a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient, they dealt with any question or query promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even printed out documents for me when I had no access to a printer. Moving house can be extremely stressful but they were calm and helpful throughout, helping to make the process as smooth as possible. I’d highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a property through Jackson-Stop and Neil was our broker on this particular sale. Throughout the process, Neil was communicative, responsive and always made us feel like we were a priority. There are good estate agents out there...!

Having experienced the worst of estate agency (many times !) it was a pleasure to experience the best for a change. The old saying of you get what you pay for is certainly true - except the terms agreed with Jackson-Stops were very reasonable for what you get.From the outset, dealing with Neil and the team at Woburn was very professional and reassuring and you knew you were in the hands of people who were very experienced and knew what they were about. Having been ignored by the previous agents handling my property (a 'high value', high street stalwart) I was a little apprehensive about joining a new agency. I needn't have been: Mandy and the team at J-S Cranbrook were fantastic from start to finish. The communication was outstanding with regular updates and feedback. Perfect House - Jackson Stops Exeter - Thank You !

In May 2020 we found our perfect house to realise our dream to relocate from Essex to Devon. Luckily for us, the property was on the market with Richard Addington and his team in Exeter. Whilst it may seem unusual for a purchaser to write a review their handling of this sale, that finally completed in early January 2021, would have been unlikely to have concluded without the team. An absent vendor living in Asia made the transaction a little bit more complicated on top of the COVID restriction placed on us all. Richard communicated regularly and arranged access for surveys swiftly and effectively. He managed time zones and communication within the short, but at times complex chain with ease. To summerise, Richard and his team are highly-capable with a wealth of experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

An excellent experience from start to finish

Jane Bishop was wonderful throughout this difficult process (the sale of my late mother's house during lock down presenting both emotional and practical issues). She was easy to approach, she was quick to respond to messages, she went above and beyond in helping: for instance, she ensured that an agent went to the house weekly (even if there was not a viewing) to check on it for insurance purposes as it was an empty house. She facilitated the removal of some contents to local charities. And the house sale went through smoothly from one of the early viewings, achieving the asking price. Jane was exemplary throughout, and did not relinquish her attention to detail even after the house was under offer.
