Having just exchanged and completed we are now in our new house thanks to the team at Taunton Connells, Domonic was always at the end of the phone when needed to help when other estate agents were slowing the chain down. Connells Taunton have been really great with our search for an investment property. Anna was my main key contact and she was always spot on with sending me leads for potential properties. She did an incredible job and pay attention to our requirements. I must say Connells generally do have lovely customer care so times when I couldn't reach Anna the rest of the team made us feel just as comfortable. What can I say, from day one I felt comfortable when Lauren first came over to talk to me about renting my property. I was looking for a quick turn around due to personal circumstances and being new to it all I was grateful to receive sound and honest (something which is rarely seen these days) advice. I instantly felt a level of comfortability with them! And then to see them go the extra mile (many times) to help with getting the flat ready in time for a tennant was amazing! Can't thank Lauren and James enough - kept my mind less stressful in getting things sorted! I certainly would recommend them to anyone in the future! Good job and hope you enjoyed the chocolates!

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate The Connells team in Taunton for doing an excellent job of selling our house. Dominic came to see us and when he saw the property he said give me two weeks and I will have this house sold for you. I was a bit sceptic but thought he seemed to have a really enthusiastic interest in what he was doing and said ok let’s give it a try. Well within a week they had found a buyer and the house was sold. Right through the process of buying and selling with Connells we found the whole team Dominic, Mahaela, Daniel and Liam were excellent at keeping us informed as there seemed to be a sense of real dynamic interest within the whole team as they all knew what was going on when asked about our progress. What can I say? They're estate agents, and unsurprisingly they are as slippery and generally a bit incompetent as most estate agents are. As tenants we reported a few issues during tenancy - no responses. No communication when it comes to time to move out, they did nothing proactively, just relied on our input to prompt them to do their job. On moving out we have had no information getting our deposit back. have left the flat in good shape, and best part of 3 months later they haven't given us any information of any kind as to why they are not returning our deposit and have been no help being a line of communication between us and the landlords. What do they actually do to earn their money? who knows. Wouldn't trust them either as a tenant or a landlord as they don't seem to be professional or competent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Being first time buyers & complete novices at the home buying process, it can be a very daunting task. But from day one, we felt we were in very good hands. Daniel did a fantastic job of showing us the house & guiding us through the offers process. He was extremely professional & friendly. And the service we received from Sam our mortgage broker was absolutely invaluable. She was always on hand to answer our questions (of which there were many!) & took extra care to make sure we understood the process at every stage. Her warm & informal style of doing things really put us at ease. I can't imagine anyone who could do a better job & honestly can not praise her enough. Our mortgage application was far from the average, a bit of a unique one, but Sam made it easy as pie. & the service doesn't stop when you get the keys. We are delighted to be members of the 'Connells Club' which grants continued support & advice on re-mortgage options etc. I would recommend Connells (& I will be) to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
