A brilliant experience throughout the selling of the property - from my initial enquiry (Viktoria maintained contact with me fortnightly until I was ready to place the property on the market) and then once ready the team ensured a good marketing strategy and price The photography was Professional and the whole marketing package helped secure a buyer quickly- although there were a number of issues within the chain the Team were always available for updates and reassurance - special thanks to Anna for her endless patience The final conclusion was a good sale Co-ordinated by Daniel I highly recommend Connells and cannot thank them enough for making the process so smooth

We recently moved into our new rented home through Connells, and we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone for their support throughout, especially Alice! She was absolutely fabulous: she kept us updated every step of the way, sent all the information promptly, and guided us through the process as new tenants with such care and professionalism. After a very difficult start to our year as a family, we were worried about finding a home but Alice and the team truly came through for us. Thanks to her help, we’re now living in the most wonderful family home. We’re so grateful now having a safe, secure, and happy home and it is the best way we could have imagined ending our year! Do not rent from Connells Taunton unless you want to be ignored and frustrated. I moved out over two months ago, and I am still waiting for my full deposit refund. The property owner instructed the agency to release the full amount just three days after I moved out. Since then, I have been calling and emailing Connells constantly, but the vast majority of my messages are completely ignored. On the rare occasions I actually get a reply, nobody can explain why it is taking so long. Their website claims refunds take 5, 7 business days (which has been my experience with every other agency I’ve used), but the reality here is completely different. I understand that finding a home right now is difficult and avoiding certain agencies is tough, but please save yourself the stress and avoid Connells Taunton if you can. They ignored the landlord, they ignored my emails for two months, and they just ignored a formal TDS warning deadline.

Waste of money, after paying the financial advisor fee and the solicitors fee, you are not kept up to date with details of the property you are looking to buy, unless you chase for it,misleading information that financial advisor is on training, then he is stating he has been off sick, do not waste your money, over a £1300 wasted, for being a life time client, keep your useless membership card! Emails would prove it all. All is client satisfaction until you pay all the fees😓 No updates regarding other available properties, a total scam !! Reviews on trust pilot for Connels do not lie for sure!! I do not often leave reviews, but thought others should think twice before wasting their money! Thank you for your service, hope others do not get the same service, despite our choice to retract am offer we have made, a contributing factor has been all the hassle that has led to it!

Ive dealt with Adam at Connells for the last 2 year. He is hands down the only person I've ever come across in property who delivers exactly what he says he will deliver (and a lot more). I bought a house marketed by CONNELLS, Taunton. They refused to put forward my offer to the seller until I spoke to their mortgage broker. As I already had a mortgage broker I wanted to stay with I declined their service and they got aggressive and threatening. I shall never buy or sell through them again. Dominic was the most helpful and friendly there - Connells’s greatest asset I can see.
