GoogleI switched from another agent after only having 1 viewing in 5 months and being pressured to drop the asking price by £10,000. I felt well supported by Connells from the start and they secured a sale at close to the asking price within a month of switching. GoogleAfter a meeting with Al G., we felt confident about our capacity to purchase a property. He explained it well with us and find ways to avail the best mortgage in the market. He issued an AIP the next working day and guided us with the offer process. We met an independent broker and charged us £100 just to look at our capacity to barrow but refused to issue us an AIP. They said they will only issue it if deposit is ready and in the bank for three months. We hope he can help more people like us! Thanks Al!

GoogleDeciding to go with connells to sell our house was the best decision we made! The whole team throughout were so supportive, easy to communicate with and super attentive. Dominic was the main estate agent selling our house and from start to finish nothing was ever too much trouble. We had several issues as most people do, but he only ever had our best interests in mind and never pushed us to make any big decision or do anything that didn’t 100% suit us, even if that made the process slightly longer. We also used the solicitors connells recommended which I would definitely do again! Not only were they really helpful, having Dominic contacting them for us and getting constant updates or pushing them for answer when needed took all the stress away, from what usually is an extremely frustrating process! I’m sure a lot of questions I ask Dom were not in his job description but took it upon himself to always get us the answers we needed, even after the sale had gone through! Can’t recommend Dominic and the taunton team enough!

GoogleOur buyers were with Connell’s Taunton last year, ten months later we found out their buyer was pretending to be a first time buyer, but Connell’s were helping them to sell their house and kept it from everyone. So everything fell through when the buyer admitted this and said we couldn’t have a completion date agreed as he still had a house to sell! When I rang Connell’s I got spoken to like I was in the wrong and I shouldn’t have been upset with them for lying and putting us through stress. We lost everything and had to start again. Should not be okay to lie and ruin people’s lives. No excuse for it. Would not even give one star.
