Having been established in Somerset since 2000, the name of Bennett Residential is well known by Somerset Tenants. Our reputation as one of the leading letting agents in the area, with good quality property and friendly and efficient staff, together with other promotions that we run, also generates a flow of enquiries. WE ARE MEMBERS OF ARLA - the highly respected Association of Residential Letting Agents. ARLA demands high standards from their members but most probably the most significant aspect as far as clients are concerned is that as part of our ARLA membership we are fidelity bonded - in simple language that means that if were we ever to encounter financial problems, your money and that of all of our Landlords and Tenants, is safe. I have used Andy Bennett for many years now and have only positive comments. One of the priorities for a Landlord is the selection of quality tenants for your property. I have had quality tenants who have remained at my properties for far longer than the average which cuts my costs, void rental periods. If I have any questions then they are answered promptly. I have used other letting agents and been disappointed so there is only one for me. Thanks Andy and team.

My partner and I have been renting a beautifully maintained property for several years now Through Bennetts residential in Taunton. Our experience with Bennetts in Taunton has been nothing short of exemplary. If any issues have ever arisen (break down of the washing machine for example), someone is there the same day or the next day to fix the issue. They have a full and effective network of professional trades available to cover any eventualities. The office staff are polite, helpful and informative. They are straightforward honest and most importantly 'decent'. This company takes pride in offering a first class service, taking the time to check all is well on a regular basis. We found Bennetts had some of the lowest fees and deposit requirements in the market, yet they stand out amongst their competition as the best around, and certainly the standard by which other so-called letting agents would do well to judge themselves by. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending the services of Bennetts Residential in Taunton to anyone. Give them a call, or just drop in, they will be happy to help.

GoogleWe bought a small house in Bridgwater in 2001 having never owned a buy-to-let a property before. We aren't local so needed an agent, found Andy and have never looked back. We have had several tenants in the house since 2001, and very few problems. Any that have cropped up have been dealt with by Andy and his team quickly and efficiently. He has years of experience and a file of helpful tradespeople who have always done excellent repairs for us, all organised by Andy. We really have never needed to worry about a thing. Communications with Andy and his team have always been straightforward and quickly answered. I would recommend Bennett Residential to any prospective landlords.

GoogleAndy and his brilliant team have been letting my properties for around 15 years. Although tenants have changed I cannot recall either house being vacant for more than a few days. Tenants have been vetted and we have never lost rent. Tax forms are easy to submit with the comprehensive annual financial summary. Properties are inspected and repairs conducted at very reasonable costs. When we expanded to two properties Andy provided superb advice about where to purchase in Taunton. Their service is quite simply outstanding. Completely trustworthy and they have made our venture on the property market very straight forward.
