I met with a lot of estate agents in Greenwich when viewing prospective new properties and JLL stood out as completley different to the rest so that's when I realised they were who I needed to trust with selling my own property. Throughout the end to end selling process they were highly professional, honest, patient, excellent at communicating, provided really detailed specalist advise and were generally very easy to deal with. They are clearly very knowledgable in the area and the local market and helped me navigate that at a difficult time. From start to finish the whole team has been really outstanding at clear and rapid communication. I can’t stress enough how important that is for the process of selling your home. They always whatsapped me immediately with feedback and when viewings were finished so I could head back home. We're selling the property now, and the service we've received even as we leave as a customer, has been excellent, above and beyond what you might expect when your last tenant has left. Kathy and Helen in the office have always been superb; quick to respond to messages, courteous, helpful and professional. They have overseen minor repairs and much bigger renovations and have always just dealt with things within their remit and contacted us only when it was appropriate and necessary to do so. All the properties they showed us were great and they clearly made an effort the find us places that met our requirements. We did find and buy our dream home! Michael was amazing. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the house and the neighbourhood. They really supported us throughout the buying process and even after! We had a great experience setting up the tenancy, but as tenants the management of the flat has been upsetting so far. No reply to our emails, broken washing machine not being repaired, and more. In fact, the company is in legal breach of contract... I wouldn't recommend it neither as tenant or landlord. It strike me as a company that took up too many flats to manage for their capacity. Furthermore, they did not communicate the costs for hot water for the building prior to the tenancy, which in my opinion is a deceptive practice.

We recently rented a flat through JLL, guided expertly by Dovile and Bruna. The whole process was extremely smooth - any questions we had were answered quickly and with detail. The team were happy to go and view the property ahead of the move in date to provide information on queries we had - a true 5 star service! The property is largely problem free, however any issues we’ve had have been dealt with expertly by Keely our Property Manager - greatly appreciate how efficiently issues have been dealt with. We initially rented a property through Bennett Residential back in 2004 and were that impressed with the service that when we were in a position to let out our own property there was no other agent we considered. We have subsequently used Bennett's on a fully managed basis to care for our property since 2008. Communication is first class and both parties know each other on first name terms. The tenants that have been sourced for us have all been excellent. Furthermore, we entrust Andy and the Bennett's team to undertake any repairs of small to medium value on our behalf without reference to us and have never had any concerns about the quality or cost of the works undertaken. On the occasions where repairs of higher value have been required quotes have been both swift and good value for money. Of the various agents we use to manage our portfolio Bennett's are a cut above the rest and we have no hesitation in giving our unreserved recommendation for anyone looking for an agent in the Taunton/Bridgwater area.

What good advice this has proved to be! We elected for the ’Gold Service’ and all aspects of the service we have received has been first class. Payments are always prompt - emails are always answered courteously, issues raised dealt with promptly. Our property has not been an easy one to manage as we have,on occasions, had to involve outside agencies such as Wessex Water and building contractors.
