Positive flat renting experience

I very rarely, if ever give 5 stars for experiences, but I think it is deserved on this occasion. Madi in the Brighton branch provided an excellent service throughout my flat renting process. She was efficient, quick to respond to communications and very professional. As an example - on the agreed date, I was quite early arriving to pick up the keys to the property. Nevertheless, Madi was still very accomodating.On a slight tangential note - I enjoyed the welcome box Cubitt and West provided me with too when I moved into the property. It was a nice touch. I'm happy with the service overall with particular thanks to Madi.

Minimal Stress Process

Having our property 'sit' on the market for several weeks we engaged with Steve and his team and within a few weeks we had an agreed offer and have just successfully completed, we also secured our new purchase with the team at C&W. While it took a while to sell our house due to economic climate, the team were always very helpful. Once the house was sold we were kept fully informed of what was happening. Julie was also constantly keeping in touch with our buyer's solicitors who at times were very slow. We do not plan on moving again but would definitely recommend them

I am really happy with the service I have had from the whole office in Caterham, special mentions to Lucy Prior for being very straight talking knowledgable, pleasant and efficient to work with and Alessandra Falcini for being so patient and helpful with some of the complications at the end of the process. I've just completed a sale yesterday and been dealing with Cubitt and West Caterham for around 8 months. Solicitors do love to complicate things and then go quiet on you cos they're too busy to... whatever. Followed by last minute changes and questions etc . The team in Cubitt and West simply, stayed calm, professional and did everything they could (with in their power) to help and keep things on track both before and after completion.
