100% the best estate agents around! We have recently brought our house with Wilkins and their communication was amazing. We were kept informed throughout all aspects of the process and they were brilliant at scheduling us in for extra viewings of the property at our request. The whole team are really great! I would also recommend Wilkins Financial Services, a special thank you to Yasmine, who helped us secure the best mortgage deal we could possibly get and took into account our circumstances.

Effortless from start to finish! After looking at over 30 properties and getting no where with the fast pace of the current rental market I finally found my perfect little home and it was all thanks to the team at Wilkins Tamworth. I was to especially thank Lacey! Management give her a raise. Super fast replies, professional and accommodating when I needed to go back to the property to measure something. Cannot recommend Josh and his team at Wilkins enough. We bought and sold with them and they were fantastic from start to finish. They sold our house within 3 days of it going on the market, did all of the viewings for us and best of all communication with them via our whats app group was so easy and quick. They were always a step ahead of us when it came to dealing with the solicitors on both sides and were really efficient and effective. Brilliant work guys thank you!

Wilkins were initially excellent, they carried out all the viewings and managed to get offers quickly. Although they did over value the house, trying to win business with a divorce sale. Amended 31/01/22 - Reduced to 2 stars. For a start the Sales Progression Manager was very helpful, we had delays and she was extremely friendly and pro-active. BUT I have a WARNING for other potential customers, I made a stupid error, I am writing this to help other customers avoid my foolish mistake. Wilkins for some reason asked me to come in and re-sign the paperwork. I was in a rush and didn't read the document but they increased the fees from £2400 to 2% + VAT. This cost me an additional £2,160. Unfortunately I didn't have the original paperwork due to the way Wilkins were engaged, the house was due to a divorce and solicitors arranged the sale. I feel Wilkins have taken advantage of a very unfortunate situation. Congratulations on this Wilkins, I will pay but I would never use you again and advise others to BEWARE.NegativeProfessionalism

Best experience I've had with a lettings agency and I've been renting for years. Everyone I have spoken to at the office have been helpful and friendly, in particular Lacey Collins. She has been amazing from the start when I went to view the property and has been a pleasure to deal with. She has excellent communication skills and always responds to questions efficiently. Mark Hambridge at wilkins has looked after the sale on my flat and him and the rest of the staff have been fantastic from start to finish, super professional and really easy to work with. Bought and sold a property through Wilkins last year and can not recommend them enough. Originally my property was on the market with a high street chain, however after several buyers dropped out and poor communication with the previous estate agent I went with Wilkins and they managed to find a buyer within a matter of days. Sean and Grace were really helpful and kept me at ease through many issues that kept arising with the sale and managed to sort everything. We had quite a bumpy ride with the sale of our house (slow solicitors on all sides and the house at the bottom of the chain fell through on the exchange date). Throughout this whole process, we really couldn't have asked for more from the Wilkins team and particularly Josh, who went over and above to support us throughout. This included regular, often daily chasing of all sides of the chain and keeping us informed throughout, driving to pick up documentation for solicitors and eventually organising the mortgage for the bottom of the chain to quicken the process up after the sale fell through. We were unsure whether to use Wilkins in the first place as they were a relatively new company and very busy, so we thought they may not be able to give the attention to the sale; how wrong we was! The sale on my house completed yesterday. Wilkins were so helpful, professional and friendly. They made a really stressful event so much easier. From the first time I made contact until the very end, nothing was too much trouble and I felt I could contact them at any time and get a helpful response. Most of the dealings I had with the team were with Harry who I found to be a genuine, decent and hard working guy.
