I think if you're looking to sell a property then going with Wilkins is a no brainer. Just sold and purchased a property with them and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Constantly chasing things up from start to finish and couldn't do enough. Grace, Beck and James were all outstanding and couldn't do enough. I highly recommend Shuja Shams for the financial advice and support that he gave me during my sale and purchase. I spoke to three advisors from different companies before I spoke to Shuja and I felt Shuja stood out head and shoulders from the others with his clear explanations of my choices and also listening to my ideas for my financial plan and giving me feedback and suggesting alternatives should I need them. We have recently been assisted by Shuja of Wilkins Financial Services, to find a suitable mortgage for the house we were buying, through Wilkins Estate Agents. There were issues with the mortgage deal due to a technicality, which caused delays but Shuja went above and beyond to make sure we received the best deal. Had the pleasure of dealing with Sean in a recent house showing, offer, negotiation and purchase. Sean was thoroughly professional, friendly, waiting for us when we arrived to view, and demonstrated a level of knowledge / research about the property as if he'd been living there for 30 years.
