FacebookBeware, the worst agency I am dealing with. They rent to stinky people and don't take any action, they discriminate against others and favor a problem person. I do not recommend and share this experience with everyone I know.

GoogleWe bought a property through Next Place and have been very impressed with the service we received throughout the process. Even though our property was with another estate agent, Abbey did her upmost to chase the solicitors and keep us informed constantly. She would always call when she said she would and was very lovely to speak to as was all of the other staff. We would like to say a huge thank you for a stressful time and thoroughly recommend using Next Place.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through MyPlace and would definitely 100% recommend. The service was by far over and above what I expected, great communication, friendly throughout, offering advice throughout the process. They were very pro-active with the sale and provided detailed constructive feedback by e-mail. We had a couple of challenges towards the end as we were about to exchange and Anton offered suggestions based on his considerable experience to resolve these very quickly which worked. On top of that the cost and value of service is exceptional. Thanks very much!

The setup of Next Place as a whole is superior to what we were used to, everything is online from contracts to maintenance. It makes it so simple and you can see what progress is made. thank you both
