FacebookVery friendly and very professional staff. This was a very tricky sale due to previous buyer situation during Covid that led to the sale falling through, Next Place got me a quick sale straight afterwards and got it through as quickly as possible. Thank you to the whole team.

GoogleNever got back to us after speaking to an agent and also an email - awful do not recommend
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Dear Claire. Thank you for reviewing our service. As per our email correspondence and after sending you our call recording, we did advise you that the property you wished to view was under offer and subsequently marked as sold subject to contract after that, and I agree that we did fail to respond to an email you sent following the call, I cannot offer any reason or excuse for that. I do think that your review is a little unfair based on an email and a telephone call, but we did make a mistake and we are only human. Good luck with any purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance.

GoogleTerrible service, lied to me! Kept more money off me than they should. Stay clear of these!!!

Helen, obviously reviews are something that we encourage, and thank you for this. We sold your property and the buyers paid for solicitors and for a mortgage and you then subsequently pulled out of the sale, we rented out a property for you with 2 days void period and currently handling a deposit retention for you. The fees we charged you were our contracted and documented rates. We achieved market value on both of your properties, and charged you less in fees than any other agent.

FacebookGreat service provided. In the early stages we were looked after very well by Lynsey and Abby took over on the sales progression. We were always kept up to date quickly and were very satisfied with the overall process.
