Lindsay, Abby and Anton did a brilliant job of selling our parents house. It was difficult times for us after losing our Mom, Lindsay n team worked with compassion and understanding We were kept informed at all times with a cheery voice at the end of the phone. We were kept up to date from start to finish even when we were all dealing with COVID. They worked well too to get a good price for the property. Well done to you all on a job well done along with a big Thankyou. Regards Tina Freer, Carol Patrick and David Morgan Well recommended 👍

Cannot speak too highly of the team at Next Place, from start to finish a highly professional service, feedback all along the way from viewings to completion, guidance and advice given where required. Special mention has to go to Abby as the 'go between', sandwiched squarely between 2 solicitors and the client, all dealt with by quiet efficiency and diplomacy. I personally could not have remained sane throughout the sometimes exasperating moments without her, an absolute priceless gem. Congratulations Next Place on having such a great team.

This company excelled in terms of professionalism and communication. They were extremely helpful and supportive re marketing my house. I believe they were also very honest re the price which could realistically be achieved, not inflating the valuation, as some agents did, simply to win the selling contract.

Next place have been brilliant. I was part of a very long chain trying to sell my current home and buying the next one. Abby, Anton, Lyndsey and the whole of the team have been top notch. Abby, who is the sales progressor, worked so hard on getting everything to work for me and responded to my daily 1000 emails and kept me sane - she’s brilliant. While Anton, marketed my apartment so quickly (it went live on Christmas Day!) and he also helped me in looking for my next property, this was out of hours too! I am sure that if I didn’t use them I would not have had the outcome I did. Would not hesitate in using next place and will be using them in the future.
