GooglePoorest customer service I have ever seen. The priority for agency is sell a house without respect for the customer Huge issue about not answering a calls. They promiss will call you back in next 5 minutes or in same day , but finally they contact with you in the next day or even a few days later. I will be avoiding this agency in future.
Monika. Unfortunately and beyond our control our vendors removed their property from the market after you had an offer accepted. You were updated as much as possible as and when we had updates from our vendor. We were as disappointed as you as we work on a no sale no fee basis. Good luck with your search for a new home.

GoogleSam and Vicky have been great organising and coordinating the recent transfer of my properties to Next Place. They have also had to hit the ground running sorting repairs and general maintenance as two of the properties needed to be advertised for potential tenants, all of which has been done in a timely fashion and regular feedback provided regarding progress.
