During the period of chasing solicitors and organising a date abby was particularly helpful.she was always on the end of the phone,chasing solicitors, sellers and buyers etc. If I ever had a question no matter how big or small she was always willing to help. GoogleWhat a great company, as property investors we have had very bad experiences with estate agents being dishonest and letting our properties to very bad , poor credited tenants , we felt like all agents was the same and just after the money . But then we found Next Place Property Agents, what a company letting 3 properties in less that one week and 9 viewings within 2 days of being on line. There credit checks are done to the highs standards, There on line landlord website so easy to use and such a good idea , they are always sending me reminders about viewings and keep me up dated about all matters , I have to say Next Place Property Agents have changed my views on all estate agents being dishonest, this company is the most honest and a very well organised estate agents in Tamworth, I would highly recommend this company for letting and selling properties and I would always use them from now on . FacebookFantastic service, our house was on Rightmove the same day as having the photos/measurements - no waiting, really good use of social media to promote the house. Lyndsey and Abby were always contactable for advice and gave regular updates. Opening hours are very good especially when unable to make 'personal' calls from work. After several bad experiences selling houses I would recommend Next-Place to everyone.

GoogleVicky has been brilliant from day one! We were having trouble finding somewhere with other agents but the second we called next place we were told that they had a flat coming up. GoogleSold our property with competing offers in one working day, before it was even listed on Rightmove - after another local agent only secured about 5 viewings in the entire 12 weeks it was on the market with them. Laura in particular was always fantastic to deal with, no nonsense and knows her stuff.
