FacebookWould highly recommend Next Place. From start to finish they were incredible, especially in these difficult times. At the start of the process Anton gave us good sound advice on putting our property up for sale. Jade and Lyndsey were also great, polite and helpful on the next step. Abby was fantastic with the sales progression and always available on the other end of the phone.

GoogleWhat can I say great company!! we were looked after by Laura the lettings manager and she helped us right from the start..viewing our property…the application process… answering necessary questions swiftly … sorting our documents. It was all tick tick tick everything was nice and smooth. Can’t complain at all :)

GoogleVery Poor experience, cash grabbing motives which is expected from real estate but misinformation and misleading potential buyers is simply not on and unacceptable! Never had an issue before but after the shambles of a process we’ve been through I had to say something so other people do not have to experience the same thing me and my partner had to.
Dear Chris. As we don't have your contact details, I have spoken to your partner regarding your review, which we both think is a little unfair. The property that you offered on whilst you weren't in a sold position attracted a lot of interest, and when we went to best and final offers on the property, the vendor decided to accept an offer lower than yours as they were not in a chain and were cash buyers, it suited their onward position better. Obviously when there is more than 1 offer on a property and we can only sell it to 1 person, there will be other disappointed people, however, ultimately the decision on any offer is down to the vendor and we have followed their wishes. He set up a family what's app group and has kept us fully informed through it all. 7 viewings on the first day of marketing, and the viewings just kept coming. Sold within 3 days of being advertised. GoogleI have just bought and sold through Next Place, and from beginning to end you will get no better service, from initial consultation, you realise you are getting realistic achievable figures. The sales team are enthusiastic and spend time with prospective buyers. With regards to my purchase, they managed to get me a deal that both the sellers and myself were happy with. They all made a very stressful process very easy. Well worth a look at there offices and a chat with the team.

GoogleAfter having my property valued by various estate agents, as soon as Anton walked through the door I knew we were going to put our property on the market with NextPlace. His honesty was refreshing along with his valuation which was achieved within a week and a half. This then transferred through to his team of Jade and Lyndsey whose communication was excellent and when , unfortunately , I had to withdraw my property due to personal reasons , their concern and understanding was very heartwarming. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to have an honest and professional service and will hopefully have the privilege of using them again in the future.

GoogleI have used Next Place property now for a number of years - both the sales and the letting side. I find them to be incredibly professional, fair, and always willing to help. They price property fairly and have extensive knowledge of the market they’re working within. Vicky on the lettings side has always been extremely helpful and proactive. As is Lyndsey on the sales side. Both are very knowledgeable and are always available to provide support. Recently, I viewed a house with Laura (also in lettings) who was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable- and was very willing to answer all questions I had about the market. As a landlord and a home owner, I would always recommend Next Place to anyone who was looking to buy, sell, let or rent!

GoogleHaving assiduously researched Tamworth estate agents on a top comparison website, choosing Next Place was the obvious thing to do. We have not been disappointed. From the valuation being realistic (which gave us a quick sale), all the way through to completion, Next Place employees were absolutely smashing. We were kept informed of the sales progression at every stage by Abby, who also sorted out problems very quickly, though these problems were nothing to do with Next Place. Top marks to Anton, who owns the business, for assembling such a top-class team. We were extremely grateful.
