Susan returned for her regular inspection of our rented property. It is good to have the continuity of the same person doing the work. This way 'The Story' is clear in all our memories. The inspection was professional with minimal or no inconvenience or improper intrusion. The report was comprehensive, reflecting the comprehensive manner in which the work was done. It is an added advantage that Susan has a bright, positive and engaging attitude.

I had a great experience with Your Move estate agent. My journey from viewing the property to starting the documentation process was done By Mr Anish who was very patient and helpful as everytime I turn to him with my Query he was there always. Mr Alan who did my completion was too helpful and his friendly nature made me more comfortable to buzz him every single time when I couldn’t understand few things. Overall my experience with them was 10/10.

Very straight forward app to use while we try and sell our house , and also see viewing information etc. east to use , loads of prompts and took 2 minutes to set up. Very happy so far!

FacebookThis was our second time using Your move, we came back as Tom was still there and he was as amazing as last time! But this time we dealt more With Vicky and she was awesome! Great service and keeping us upto date with a very long and awkward situation. She is so good at her job makes the whole situation a good experience as she keeps you in the loop all the time! Will always go back to your move again and again!!!

Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫
