Just completed my first house purchase with the help of Your Move. I mostly spoke to Jenny Scanlon who assisted me on numerous occasions and it was nice to have a friendly face/voice to turn to during my first house buying experience. Jenny always seemed to have a firm grip on things and I could leave anything in her hands knowing it would get sorted. All very well handled.

I sold my property in August this year having decided to go with Your Move. I did initially shop around and after meeting Tom and hearing about the company it seemed right. from start to finish they were amazing and I must say that one stand out person for me is Vicky. She kept me informed at all times and really helped when I needed it. She is exactly what great customer service is about. I honestly don't think I would have gotten through the process without her, she is a real asset to the Your Move Team. that being said I have only had positive interactions with the rest of the lovely team. If I ever decide to move again (hopefully not anytime soon) I won't bother looking around but just head straight back to Your Move.
