GoogleI can honestly say these are by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. I was struggling to find a house for me and my son and they were so helpful and really happy to help. They found me a property very quickly and made the move go without stress. They have managed my property and any issue I have come across they have dealth with it very quickly. The girls that work there are a credit to the company, you could not get more polite, professional and enthusiastic people. An amazing estate agents all round.

GoogleIv been with dawsons renting for over 12 years, they have always sorted problems straight away. I'm am truly grateful they also helped me find another property, Charmelina and Gabrielle have been absolutly brilliant and I can't thank them enough for all their help and hard work. I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

Belinda, Cath and Emily arranged and accompanied viewings, and used their excellent negotiating skills to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible, chasing solicitors when necessary and keeping us up to date at all times. I can only recommend them.

GoogleWORST ESTATE AGENT!!! From day I walk in a the lady at the desk told me I was to earlier and have come at the wrong time she was rude and had a bad attitude,then the other lady came down and said no I was correct. When they ring you they talk over you and dont let you Finnish your sentence. The only one who is ok is rebecca they rest need new jobs as there clearly not happy. When the roof was leaking not interested and then had to re decorate all the house,my self carpets smelly and neighbour's from hell. They wont give you the depoist back and will argue with you till till the end. They Really dont know any customer service skills and I dont know how they get away with running a estate agents. Please dont go with these people .you will regret it

GoogleWC Dawson have been really good so far -as a 1st time renter with "hidden " disabilities they were very paitent and efficient , they explained the process extremely clearly from start to finish and have always tried their utmost to resolve any issues with the property that cropped up . 5 stars from me !

GoogleAwful customer service! Suzanne seems to think she is the bees knees and talk down to you! They seem to think they can not give you any of your deposit back for things that would need to be done for new tenants yet those things weren't actually done before the new tenants moved in also quick to contact you when they need to know something but when you want to report a repair expect to wait a few months! And they really should start checking they have put the phone down before starting to talk to the other members of staff about you! Avoid!

GoogleThe worst agency I have ever seen in my life! My ceiling is leaking because the roof is full of holes and the agency and landrord are ignoring it. The problem is since I moved in. I was scammed by them. Ceiling can fall on my head anytime which is very dangerous. I had a advice and I will take legal action as it's my right. One star is definitely to much for them!! 7/03/2019 Hello , after few months asking about the fixing this problem and few companlaints I was trying again. I was contact with agnency yesterday at 4pm as you said but no one was answer. Today at 10.48am I called again and spoke with Michelle and video with leaking ceiling which was taken yesterday was sent on her email, unfortunately I can't upload this video here.
