So pleased we chose WC Dawson as our estate agent, they were fab! Jason came and valued our property with a very professional and honest outlook on what it was worth. We didn’t want to get involved with people viewing so they did all of that. Emily was so professional and really knew her stuff, she showed the potential buyers round which really took the pressure off us! The property was sold in 9 days from going on the market which was fab! It took five months to completion and Leah and Lauren were great at keeping me updated! At the eleventh hour there was a major hick up! No fault of our own, the buyers or the estate agent and it took another month to sort things out! This was a very stressful time for us but the lovely girls at Dawson were on it! Kept us updated and informed and reassured us everything would be ok! We can’t thank them enough for the way they made sure we were ok! Definitely went above and beyond to the point that Leah reached out even though she was on her annual holiday to make sure we were ok! Great firm to deal with! We would highly recommend them x

I was really impressed with their professionalism when putting the house on the market - their pricing was realistic and they quickly found us a buyer (a matter of days). Leah and Lauren were great at keeping us up to date throughout the process and chasing our buyers and their solicitor. I don’t normally write reviews but the way Emma Wright has been I felt the need to. We have applied for 2 houses through Emma, Emma knew we were moving to Manchester to help look after a poorly relative. We had to chase for updates and was always told she was either out or took the day off and she would call us back when she was back in…. That never happened. We put an application in for another house over a week ago and yet again still waiting for an update after being promised a call back. I work in admin myself and I know it only takes a minute to send a quick email and the importance of keeping clients up to date. We have now gone with another agent and within less than 24 hours they have done more for us than Emma did the 3/4 weeks we dealt with her. It is completely unprofessional and she wasted so much time we didn’t have to waste by not doing her job.

I am very pleased so far! I viewed a property and put in application that day and within 4 days I got a call to say I have the place to rent! Emma has been amazing! I bought from W C Dawson earlier in 2020 and the team there professionally negotiated the purchase and progressed matters to a smooth completion. I refurbished the property and went back to them. They gave sound advice on the marketing and price once I was ready to resell. Covid delayed things a bit but I am very pleased with the price we achieved and service throughout.
