Facebook5* - we wanted to sell our rental property, on meeting with Anthony I explained I wanted to price the house so it would sell as soon as possible at a fair price. Anthony came back with a price I was happy with, the house sold in days for full asking price. I CANT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH! Throughout the process they were very patient and helpful. I would always use them in the future.

GoogleWe used Hywel Anthony for the sale of our property. We could not have been happier with their service. They were professional, friendly and always kept us informed about our sale. Anthony was great on the valuation and very knowledgeable on the area.Andrew took amazing photos all done very quickly to get our house on the market. They sold our house on first viewing at full asking price. From there they kept us informed of the process and were always on the end of a phone for any queries. Carol in the office always knew who we were when we just happened to pop into the office. She always knew where we were in the sale and helped us no end. The Hywel Anthony team made us feel like a family member and we could not ask for anymore. If you are thinking of selling your home go to Hywel Anthony Estate Agents you will not get a more professional friendly service than these anywhere.
