This allowed our chain to continue to move along & for us to secure our onward purchase into our dream home. Googlevisited the page as recommended, but couldn't find any apartment around pontyclun to rent immediately, because i just relocated to Wales from England. Getting a flat to rent around South Wales is a serious nightmare!

FacebookBeing a first time buyer purchasing a house can be a daunting task but luckily for me I had Carol from Hywel Anthony Estate agents as my correspondent throughout the purchase. Carol would regularly email me updates of what was going on and keep me updated with things that needed to be signed but was also an email or phone call away if I had any questions and I never felt like a burden! GoogleWhat can I say, the most amazing experience from start to finish. This estate agent sold my house and I also purchased from them. As we all know the process of buying and selling homes is a stressful time however without the support of Anthony, Rachel and Andrew this would have been 100 times worse. Not being a techy person, and with a remote solicitor, they supported me with all the paperwork (believe me there was 100s of pages of paperwork) without them I literally would have come unstuck. They went above and beyond their role to ensure that both the sale and purchase was as seem-less as possibly could be. I highly recommend this estate agent. Thank you all for all you did for me 😊

GoogleReading positive reviews led us to using Hywel Anthony Estate Agents. The whole team at HA were brilliant from valuation to completion. Our chain was a long one and there were ups and downs along the way but we were always supported by Anthony and the team. If I ever move again I would definitely use them again - highly recommend them.
