Sold my flat through this wonderful estate agents last year and was going to purchase through them too but sadly had to relocate for work! If you are ever looking to sell or buy in this area I can’t recommend them enough. The service they provide is next to none. They go out of their way to find you the right home for you for a suitable and FAIR price for your budget, they also find the right buyer for your property, never push to make decisions, and are so knowledgable. The contact from them with yourself as a buyer or seller is impeccable and I never once felt like I needed to chase for anything with regards to the process of my sale. I am now looking to move back into the area with my partner and have my first viewing this week on a property with no other than Hywel Anthony Estate Agents. I know that we will find a place to call home with them in no time at all!

We sold our home & purchased our new home both through Hywel Anthony a few months ago. We saw a house we were interested in when our own wasn't yet on the market - but Anthony & Rachael guided us through an extremely smooth and expedient process. In fact our home sold for asking price before it had gone online, and this was down to their proactive approach and thinking outside the box. We have no plans to move anytime soon, but if we did then we'd be knocking on their door once more.

Andrew was lovely when he came to assess mum's bungalow. He came up with a realistic valuation. I had been unable to sell my house after it had been on the market for a couple of months so I spoke to HywelAnthony to help me sell. That was the best decision I made. Anthony put the house on the market for a realistic price, took fabulous photos (so good I couldn’t believe my house could look that good) and after only two viewings my house was sold. Andrew was fantastic, he was really friendly and answered all my questions and gave me some really helpful advice! He also took on board everything we were looking for and when he came across our home not too long after, he emailed me straight away! He managed to arrange a viewing with the seller the same day and we had our offer accepted the day after! We were in our new home only 2 months after! We purchased our new home in Miskin just before Christmas 2021. It was being offered to the market through Hywel Anthony Estate Agency. Our main points of contact were Anthony and Carol. As potential buyers we were impressed by Anthony’s honesty and professionalism at the first viewing. We subsequently asked for a second viewing and this was arranged to meet our limited availability. We dealt with Carol in the office who was equally as professional and courteous. I have got to say that from that first viewing to collecting the keys from Carol the service was A1. They kept us fully in the picture throughout the buying process and Carol was very helpful when I called to ask questions about the completion process. We have no hesitation in recommending Hywel Anthony to any potential buyer. The agency clearly has a good understanding of the local market and an excellent level of customer service.

Very unimpressed. My daughter and I went to view a house, all arranged with Hywel Anthony on 17th November. 10.15 appointment, and we were there waiting at 10.15. They had sent a reminder at 9.15. Nobody showed up, so we rang them and they insisted they had sent an email and a voice mail cancelling. Neither of those ever arrived, so did they send them? And if it was indeed cancelled, why did they send a reminder about the viewing just 1 hour before the appointment? Not good enough. Just not good enough

Anthony was really helpful and friendly. He discussed our options with us, and was honest with his approach. He wasn't too pushy and made us feel really comfortable. Carol and the team responded quickly and helpfully when questions were asked. We had one issue with an incorrect number of bedrooms listed on Rightmove, but this was corrected as soon as we mentioned it. I would definitely use Hywel Anthony again.

He didn't try to oversell as other estate agents do. He priced our home realistically, and was interested in our input. Rachel has an excellent eye for the best presentation of your home, and we were thrilled with our photos.
