I can honestly say that 3EA are the BEST estate agents I have ever worked with. They were highly efficient, marketing my rental property within hours of speaking to me and giving me sound and professional advice on the value and saleability. My girlfriend and I bought our first home with 3EA and they were simply faultless. Both Johnathan and David showed us around a number of houses until we found the correct one. They really have rejuvenated the estate agent market. Both of them were very relaxed and not too pushy, however, they were also there to answer any queries we had. Attentive and personal without being over-bearing. Once our offer was accepted, Rebecca in the office kept us updated whenever needed and was fantastic at answering our questions. On the day of completion, Johnathan met us at the property, showed us around again and showed us how to take the gas and electric readings, set up the hot water and how to connect the appliances. Overall, we have and will continue to recommend this brilliant company to our friends and family.
