David and Jonathan of 3 are simply brilliant, and have gone over and above to secure the sale of my property. Any estate agent will promise you the earth to sign you up quoting that they will market you on Right Move etc. Well, anyone can do that! This is not what sells a property. A sale is not a sale until the money comes in, or until the contracts are signed at least. This is where 3EA are worth every penny of their fee. As everything was starting to fall apart, David single handedly took responsibility for the whole chain of 2 properties and 3 solicitors to ensure that we got exchange of contracts. In spite of being a short chain, it was full of difficulties, and changing of dates with 1 set of highly incompetent solicitors at the bottom of the chain that needed very careful handling. For this reason, I would highly recommend them for the full service from start to finish.

I could not get any information or of David Gould about freeholder's Ewsq status. If you have a property to sell with a dodgy issue to hide, such as EWS, then David Gould is perhaps a good bet. Too unethical for me, I've ignored all their properties for sale.

Bought my first home with my partner through 3EA and having experienced a number of pushy estate agents eager to take advantage of some first time buyers we were so lucky to find out ideal first home being sold by 3EA. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We saw a property for sale with the agent and arranged for ours to go on the market the next day. The following day several viewings took place along with a number of offers being made, exceeding the list price. Within 48/72 hours both our sale and purchase were tied up and little over 6 weeks later, we completed.
