This is the first time we have ever sold a house and the team at Three Estate Agents were honestly incredible throughout! We did speak with other estate agents first, but after speaking with John we just knew they were the right team for us! He explained every part of the process and he did not try to hide anything just for the business which I really appreciate. He told us the highs and lows of selling and buying houses from the get go and he was really knowledgeable! We had a rocky time, with everything you can imagine going wrong, but the Three team kept trying for us and helping us through it all. David explained every part of the process after the offer was made, which really helped first time sellers get to grips with a difficult process. Will recommend to all who are looking to sell their house! Would also recommend purchasing a property with the team. Although in the end our new home was not up with Three Estate Agents, we did view a few with John and he has a no pressure approach and let's you look around in your own time. Really great team and we cannot thank you enough for all your support!!

Although Katy was acting on behalf of the sellers, I found her to be extremely helpful and supportive throughout the buying process. She was always friendly, quick to respond to my messages, and took the time to guide me through each step, which made everything feel much less stressful. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she was always willing to answer any questions I had. Overall, a very positive experience, I really appreciated her help.

A Straightforward Estate Agency/Easy to Deal With

Three are a very good, no-nonsense estate agency. I viewed a lot of properties and have dealt with a lot of estate agents throughout 2025 and Three were very good. I put in an offer and got an answer back the same day, which I appreciated. They were good with the keys and viewing, and were very pleasant and straigtforward to deal with, which is what I wanted. I would recommend them and found them to be honest. It was a refreshing change after dealing with a few shark estate agencies over the past year. Three were a breeze and I'd be happy to go through them again. 100%.

What a fantastic experience we had. Unlike other estate agents, 3EA were on the ball from the moment we arranged a viewing. Communication is key and the team did not let us down, they kept us up to date every step of the way to ensure a quick sale. Front the start the guys had been excellent. Photos and video were put on rightmove and social media, we had gained a lot of attention and within a matter of days we had serveral viewings booked in. We had a few issues, with the solictors dragging the heels. So a quick call to the team and they had the sale back on track. The guys at 3 estate agents were excellent and would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to put their house on the market.

I found these to be a very straightforward and easy to deal with estate agency. The staff are pleasant and helpful and I got an answer the same day as I put an offer in on a property. Bought my first home with my partner through 3EA and having experienced a number of pushy estate agents eager to take advantage of some first time buyers we were so lucky to find our ideal first home being sold by 3EA.
