Having taken a professional ‘back seat’ I was treated like any other client when both selling and buying through Parkers. Simon chased both my transactions efficiently and provided regular updates and ensured things went smoothly. Unfortunately, the estate agent above was useless and did nothing to progress their client’s sale, usually ignoring calls and emails requesting updates and not following through with promises of action. Simon took the role upon himself to update my seller on the progress of his purchase and without his enthusiasm and commitment to guiding the chain I doubt that we would have completed before the stamp duty holiday. His involvement certainly saved our chain £1000’s. Thank you Simon.

It’s been 17yrs since we last bought & sold a house, and what a difference this was using Parkers. We felt we had been upgraded to the “Platinum Service” offer compared to the poor experience of our move 17yrs ago with another estate agent...Their dedication and attention to detail is excellent.
