We have just exchanged on our purchase via Parker’s and despite the bumpy & lengthy journey to this point (through no ones fault in particular), Simon has remained professional, friendly and ensured we were always kept in the loop throughout the entire process. We are selling our house too via another estate agent in a different area and found the communication we have had with Simon at Parker’s the best, with his regular updates and dealing with everything in a timely manner. If we do sell in the future, Parker’s will be at the top of our list and I am sure Simon will recieve a bottle from us as a thank you on completion :)

Parker’s have been great from start to finish

Parker’s have been great from start to finish. Marion was an absolute god send throughout the process of selling our house and was always positive and honest with her guidance. It makes the process of selling a house so much easier when you have agents you can trust and I have recommended Parker’s to both of our neighbours who have since put their properties up for sale as well. Simon was also extremely patient with slow solicitors and consistently chased to help get us to a position where we could exchange contracts. Overall, a really positive experience with Parker’s and I would definitely recommend to anyone else considering selling.

We would strongly recommend Parkers as the estate agent of choice in the Tadley area. Our experience with choosing Parkers to sell our property has been very good. At the outset of the sale of our property, Dan Baxter showed a strong grasp of the wider planning issues and was able to advise us from his familiarity with local developers and relevant ‘case studies’ in the area. We felt this was beyond the normal brief of estate agents, and was one of the reasons that Parkers were engaged. What stood out was the effective marketing on the property which led to a significant number of viewings and more offers than had been expected at the outset, given the small size of the house in relation to the plot. Marion looked after us initially with the valuation and the whole team who saw the move through were fantastic. We've had experience with the other Tadley estate agents wether it be attempting to sell or viewing properties and I have to say Parker's stood out of the crowd. We found Parkers in Tadley to be very proactive and very professional, yet natural and friendly in their approach. We dealt mostly with Marion Goldsmith and Dan Baxter and both were excellent in communicating with us where necessary. We felt confident in leaving them to sort out issues that cropped up. Although we finally accepted an offer below full price, we were happy with the amount we sold for. We had a fixed price agreement in place with Parkers but at no time were pressured to drop the price; rather they fully supported us in rejecting low offers. We were aware we could have gone with one of the new 'no commission' agents, and I looked into it. We took a chance, being too busy to follow things through ourselves, and the service we received from Parkers in my opinion fully justified the cost. Dan and the team did a great job in…

Dan and the team did a great job in selling our house. Two weeks into the sale our buyers pulled out, but Dan managed to find another buyer and the chain remained firm until completion. Dan also chases up all solicitors in the chain and reports back on a weekly basis with updates, in fact I found that Dan updated on progress a lot more than my own solicitors did! I would not hesitate in recommending Parker’s in Tadley and will certainly use them again.

I have to admit that I was not looking forward to organising an estate agent to sell my house, as it can be quite stressful. But I needn't have worried because both Daniel and Marion have been excellent throughout the process, and the most reasonably priced too. The text message system for booking in viewings works really well. Daniel did a really good job of the house brochure and took photos of the house I was happy with. They were helpful and friendly throughout the process, always returned my calls and chased up any queries. Highly recommended.

Most estate agents have a (very well deserved) poor reputation. I've personally had dreadful experiences with at least two of Tadley's agents. But these chaps break the mould! Mark and Adrian are friendly, incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We bought our current house through Mark and have just sold a property through them too, whilst Adrian was involved in a recent letting. The amiable help and service they provide are a very high benchmark for all other agents to aspire to, and doubtless fall short of. I, for one, wholeheartedly recommend these guys.
