Belvoir Tadley provided an outstanding service when we sold our house through them. We contacted a number of estate agents and it was obvious from the first meeting that Belvoir was by far the most honest, knowledgeable and responsive company to use. They handled our house transaction from sale through to completion with complete professionalism. If you haven't had the pleasure of using Belvoir than I highly recommend you do! I had an amazing experience largely due to fact that 2 employees Pippa and Tom were outstanding in their communication, friendliness, diligence and overall all going above and beyond with whatever I needed. There was nothing too much trouble for them even replying on the weekends - where do you get that service these days?! Having used other estate agents I was left feeling anxious about using Belvoir in case my experience was the same but my worries were washed away after the first meeting with Tom - he was professional and informative throughout. Pippa took over in the same professional manor and my experience kept getting better and better even when I thought they had met my expectations they both kept going above and beyond. This was my first purchase and the house was on sale through Belvoir in tadley . I tried booking a viewing for this house for a whole week and left several messages with Tom but he did not get back to me. I guess they thought they would get plenty offers from the people already booked in. I tried one last time and got through directly to Tom and I finally managed to arrange a viewing . I saw the house and put an offer in , an hour later . Offer got accepted and the process started . Slightly disappointing that they did not know that the seller was dealing with a probate and was told there is no chain , when in fact there was . But , after all this , things got better when Kristian joined the team and took control . He called me to introduce himself , he apologised on behalf of the team for not knowing about the probate and the chain and from there on , he did all the chasing for me and he called me regularly to update me on the progress . I’m really happy to took over as he really knows how to put your mind at ease and he’s extremely proactive . Had it not been for him, I would have given less stars but I am grateful it all worked out in the end . I would use them again but I would make sure I get the right information from the start . I recently used Belvoir Tadley to sell a property, whilst unfortunately an another agent achieved the sale I wanted to share my experience. I personal owned and worked as an estate agents in Dorset for 15 years. I found Jacob and his team to be very approachable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. On the day I arranged valuations I had three local estate agents, two gave the usual lines, told me what I guess they thought I wanted me to hear, over promised and I would be confident in saying they would have under delivered! Right through the process I was kept well informed, all viewings were booked in I had text and email confirmation (Unlike another agent who went in without saying and left the doors open for the weekend!) All offers were put forward with quality information and checks made to buyers financial situations. Overall I would make Belvoir Tadley the only place to go for property sales and rental in the area. Please take it from me this is how estate agency should be done!.
