GoogleBelvoir Tadley have been excellent in supporting us with our house purchase. We have dealt with Jamie throughout, who has been brilliant at keeping us informed at every stage, even going so far as to chase solicitors for updates! We would have no hesitation in using Belvoir again for house sales and purchases in the future.

GoogleVery good. Highly recommended. We were in the rarer position of both buying and selling at the same time through Belvoir Tadley. There was no conflict of interest - the team showed the utmost professionalism and discretion at all times throughout our buying and selling process. Communication was very good and in particular when we had trouble in the chain. We wish Rob, Jacob and all the team all the very best!

GoogleI had been looking for a house to buy for over a year and eventually found what I liked through Belvoir in Tadley. From the start, Kristian was extremely helpful and efficient and he always responded to my questions and requests very promptly. He certainly made the whole process very smooth. Highly recommended!

GoogleI decided to sell my house through Belvoir as I had found some of the other local estate agents far less helpful. The sale went through pretty smoothly, the photos and video were really good and Jamie was always at hand to soothe any worries that I had.

From viewings, to signing contracts, the entire process was stress free and easy. They answered any questions we had quickly, talked us through anything we didn't understand and I honestly cannot thank the team enough for making our first move so special. Pippa came to see me and from the very beginning was informative, personable and had good professional knowledge in her field. Particular thanks to Tom for his enthusiasm and patience in showing us multiple properties, for being so accommodating in arranging viewings to fit around our working hours and for keeping us well informed via phone and email. Also, to Jacob for his endless patience in dealing with our (very trying) solicitor and his sheer determination to get a satisfactory outcome for all parties in a timely manner. GoogleBelvoirt Tadley and Hook took on our sale from another Agent with whom we had no success. Within days of them taking on our property it sold, albeit it has taken a few months to complete. No fault of Belvoir. Cannot thank Kristian, Ollie and Tom enough for all they have done. They immediately had viewings and managed the viewings and called with feedback, plus weekly update calls from Kristian. I would not hesitate to recommend Kristian and his team.
