Their approach throughout was highly professional, yet friendly and they were not pushy in any way. Pippa Elkins should get a particular mention for her professionalism and attention to detail, always keeping me informed and up to date. The tenancy has now started and I look forward to having Belvoir fully manage my property going forward.

If your looking for a local knowledgeable, honest estate agent look no further. Jacob and his team went above and beyond to help us find our perfect property and sell ours. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process with regular updates. When we came to a stalemate with the solicitors; as they had an enquiry they couldn't resolve I rang Jacob and he used his expert knowledge and solved the issue in a matter of hours!! Amazing, kind, friendly. Having had bad experiences with previous estate agents we were nervous for how this would go, but we for sure didn't need to be. Barbora was amazing, she was so accommodating to our busy work schedule and nothing was too much trouble for her. Wow, where do I start? Honestly! Kristian and Tom have made the entire experience of marketing and selling a property in a volatile market as seemless and easy to an unimaginable level. Tom's chirpy outlook and positively is infectious to say the least!! and the level of communication received from Kristian following the offer was second to non! Alison in particular was excellent…. friendly and on the ball to what was needed to achieve a sale at a good market rate. Jamie was also very good, although I believe the property was marketed at too high a value at first. Good advice to replace carpets and repaint to attract buyers and sell the house. As a Landlord for a tenanted property, I recently had cause to leave the services of an unreliable agency and move tenancy management to Belvoir. I wish I'd done it years ago, they're brilliant. Pippa and team persevered to ensure a smooth transition from the incumbent agency to Belvoir, despite the uncooperative efforts of the incumbent. I was kept informed of all relevant developments through to completion of the transition. Belvoir offer a web based Landlord portal, which allows me to access any tenancy documents (including safety certs and statements) without having to make calls to chase. It makes life so easy. Their offices are manned, a great comfort to know that they can actually be visited in real life, something I find important (and increasingly rare amongst other agencies in my experience). They've bent over backwards for me, so I'm very impressed indeed with Belvoir!

I was looking for a house to buy for a long time. I finally found a property that my partner and I would be suitable for and that meets our requirements. I called Belvoir in Tadley and they have been so fast and efficient, by answering the phone to booking us in for a viewing. I am extremely happy with the service from Belvoir Tadley! Being a first time buyer is very daunting. Kristian booked us in for a viewing and got our offer accepted the next day. He put me at ease and explained every stage in detail, very approachable and would answer any questions I may have. He is very fast and efficient. I would also like to thank Jamie for the second viewing and being so patient with myself and my family. He was very professional and helpful.
