GoogleI have used Vita properties for both sales and lettings and they have never dissapointed with the results. Although not the biggest and well known agency in north west London, after being introduced to them by a business contact of mine I was very impressed to say the least. They produced far better foot fall and offers than the more established agents who I had previously working on the properties. The last few of my ventures these guys have been my first point of call and their results speak for themselves. Many thanks guys for all your continued hard work! Will have another property for you very soon .... But then you already know that !

Over the years i have come across many estate agents and letting agents and always had problems with them in some way even if it is a minor issue but having dealt with vita properties i have not one bad word to say about them and from the intro to the end i can only say good things about them. A very friendly team of people that go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and never let you down. I would recommend them to anyone and i am confident that they will appreciate there hard work the same as i have. In life one of the most stressful things is moving home and with vita properties you will not have to worry.

The Trusted AgentIt's an art
After having advertised my property for over 6-9 months with big high street names, through a friend I was recommended use an Indepedant - 'Vita'Properties. The understanding of the business, awareness of what the seller required and the emphasis on urgency was outstanding. A buyer was found within 4 weeks, and through out the process, between agreeing the deal and finally completing, Vita were there to hand hold and support the transaction, ensuring any hurdles were overcome. 'It's an art' to be a good agent, so stay away from the 21 year old agent who spouts out the obvious in a property and speak to an advisor who has much more class.

GoogleRudest staff. They lie to you about your deposit to claim more money back. They do not have your best interest, they just want your money. I have caught them lying to me on several occasions. Would never use this agent again.

We are simply the go between for the landlord and the tenant during this time and all deduction go either to the landlord or to pay off necessary invoices, none of the funds are retained by Vita and therefore we have nothing at all to gain from deliberately trying to maximise on deductions to the deposit. We would love the chance to clear the air and encourage you to give us a call so we can fully explain how deposits and deduction work to give you peace of mind for the future.
