I just wished I had taken their first offer on a property that I sold and not listened to the other agents in Hampstead, I lost a lot of money as the other agents had insisted they will get more for the house but they had no offers. Vita was the only agent with offers and sold the house. The team are honest and straight to the point. I have used them for rental in our rental portfolio and they have achieved rents beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend them and have been working with Vita for many years.

Vita properties have just sold my property after it was on the market for nearly 2 years!
Originally, I decided not to use Vita and to go with a couple of the larger companies, however after more than a year I realized that I had made a mistake and I was not getting the service I should have been. These companies were only really interested in selling Mult-Million pound properties.
Nouri was wonderful, he is an absolutely charming person and very helpful in fighting against an uphill battle of Brexit and an unknown certainty of the future of the UK property market.

I highly recommend Vita Properties. We have 2 properties and looking after a third for a friend who lives abroad. We were looking for tenants and contacted five estate agents. Vita Properties (VP) were the first to respond to us. They did a survey, gave us advice for improvements and recommended a figure for rent that reflected both; the condition of the property and rents in the area. The team was fantastic to deal with, very reliable and the communication throughout the process was excellent.
Vita Properties was the agency that found all three tenants for us immediately. And what’s more, all three tenants are excellent. The background check for each tenant was done professionally and meticulously. We did not need to do anything as they are very knowledgeable and reliable.
We were cruising in the Inner Hebrides when the third tenant was found. VP called us and sent text messages but satellite communications from our side was poor. The one call we could make (courtesy of the captain using the ship’s satellite system), we told VP to go ahead and arrange everything – cleaning, inventory and see the tenant into the flat. On our return to London, we were delighted to find the whole process successfully completed and with consummate professionalism.
The team are friendly, communicate very clearly, are knowledgeable, give good sound advice and are enthusiastic. We highly recommend Vita Properties and thank them for all the help and advice we get from them. We still go to them for advice on improvements in the flats!

An open and honest valuation process, fair rates with a willingness to create a risk / reward commercial structure, good advice re presentation, on the ball and consistent communications during the viewing process, excellent negotiation skills, and then (which is seldom the case) hands on involvement in taking the transaction from "price agreed" to "exchanged" ...which is when so many sales fall through and agents lose interest. After having advertised my property for over 6-9 months with big high street names, through a friend I was recommended use an Indepedant - 'Vita'Properties. The understanding of the business, awareness of what the seller required and the emphasis on urgency was outstanding.
A buyer was found within 4 weeks, and through out the process, between agreeing the deal and finally completing, Vita were there to hand hold and support the transaction, ensuring any hurdles were overcome.
'It's an art' to be a good agent, so stay away from the 21 year old agent who spouts out the obvious in a property and speak to an advisor who has much more class.
