It wasn't the best of times to have to sell my mum's bungalow in the cost of living crisis and after last years budget.....but Mike and Daniel managed several viewings over several months. Despite being let down twice....they finally succeeded in selling it. I am very grateful for this as with Completion tomorrow it (hopefully) will be a load off my mind. Thank you very much both of you and also to the lady in your office.

Dan handled my sale and in the first week there were 6 viewings which I could see on my phone as he sent the viewing information via automated text messages. This was so handy as I had full transparency on what was happening. By the end of the week I had a buyer! Absolutely thrilled! Dan’s communication was excellent, he was professional and very helpful during the selling process. I am delighted that I trusted Parkers. House sale now completed, which is a great result! FacebookI don't recommend Parkers they are very slow to deal with anything if they ever do. They are happy for tennents to live in unsafe conditions Mould and damp conditions, wall rendering , and soot falling down. Their attutuide is '' I've seen worse'' They try their at most to hold on to deposits. They just don't care.
Hi Anne Marie. I am sorry, and I have to say very disappointed, to see the face book review you posted. I was under the impression that over the last three years my colleagues and I had built up a good relationship with you guys and always responded quickly to your concerns. As you know we inherited the property from another agent and from the get go there were all sorts of issues that we tried our very best to remedy. With regards to the deposit it is always tricky to come to a fair solution for both tenant and landlord but in my view, having seen the before and after photo’s, it was the right decision to use part of your deposit to sort out the front garden. Excellent from start to finish Dan put our house on the market and said he would sell within two weeks sure enough it was sold after a couple of viewings. A few problems along the way but we’re all sorted out by Dan. Excellent communication from start to completion. Parkers offer a competitive fee and excellent service and I would highly recommend them.
