I would totally recommend the staff at Parkers Estate and Letting Agents in Swindon ! They and their associates have provided a super quick response to the repairs that were needed in the house I rent. The office staff are really friendly and efficient. I have been a tenant with Parkers for nearly 8 months, and in all honesty it has so far been the happiest 8 months in my entire housing situation in the 3 1/2 years that I have lived in the UK. I used to be a tenant with Mcfarlanes in old town who were truly awful apart from my old Mcfarlanes property manager. I actually moved my house sale to Parker’s from another Swindon estate agent as I was not happy with the service I originally received. Parker’s, however, came up trumps - despite a quite lengthy and difficult sales process due to bad luck, they energetically persevered in marketing my property until it was sold. I first dealt with Parkers when they provided a valuation of my mum's property for probate. Out of the 3 valuations, Parkers were the most professional which is why when it came to selling the house, they were my first choice. Throughout the sale, I have found both Daniel and Mike to be helpful, supportive and extremely professional, which is more than I can say for the solicitors that dealt with the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Parkers or using them again when the need arises.

What can I say, from start to finish we had excellent service. We were always made to feel like we were friends, no question was to much, we were constantly kept up to date with what was going on. We couldn't have asked for a better person to look after us than Debs, even our 6 month old daughter took to her, which was amazing!
